Harry Watts Academy: Sunderland Schools SENDCo Open Event!

We are inviting SENDCos of any schools in Sunderland Local Authority to come to a HWA SENDCo event!

Opening during the Covid-19 Pandemic meant we weren’t able to get to visit many schools, share who we are or what we do! And, due to the ever growing need for SEND support and school places, we are inviting SENDCos to come for a long-overdue visit.

We hope that, by attending, you will be able to learn a little about our school, the pupils who we support, and further information on the referral process. This can all be shared with your parents/ carers too!

To book a place, please contact our main reception on 0191 5623003, with your full name, name of the school in which you currently work at, contact information and a preference for the morning or afternoon slot.

We currently can have a maximum of 8 attendees per visit, due to using our school minibus to transport you between our two sites, but if we are full, we will keep your name and contact information for our next session as a priority.
