New Sensory Room

Knowing the sensory needs of our pupils, Harry Watts Academy have been purchasing different sensory and physical resources which our pupils will benefit from. We now have a new sensory room with a deep pressure machine, whizzy dizzy (spinning equipment), weighted blankets, shoulder snakes, body socks, transformer sensory sack, wedge cushions, vibrating seat cushion and different stepping stones.

All of these sensory integration resources will be used to provide our pupils with different sensory input throughout their school day so they can remain well regulated, happy and calm. Harry Watts Academy wants to say a huge thank you to Prosper Learning Trust for helping us developing this new room.
