Rockets Going 'Blast Off'

This week we have been learning about ‘Rockets’. We listened to 5 little rockets song. We also pretended to be in a rocket going ‘blast off’ and landing on the moon.

We then explored the moon using our feet. We loved the texture of the shaving foam. We explored it in different ways, by sliding from one side to another side, by stamping our feet and by covering our feet all over with the shaving foam.

We also pretended to be rockets by climbing on the chair with an adult’s help jumping very high and counted 10 to 1. We then shouted Blast Off while jumping off the chair.

We have been listening to our space sensory story exploring the different props.
