Becoming Chefs

In their communication lessons over the past two weeks, Blue Class pupils have been looking at how to make a pizza. Last week, they made their shopping lists, telling adults what they need in order to make the our dough as well as what toppings thy wanted.

This week though, Blue Class followed step-by-step instructions on how to make their pizzas. They all showed amazing independence skills, as well as using communication strips to ask for what they wanted, such as “I want tomato sauce”, or “I want cheese on my pizza.” They had so much fun and enjoyed their delicious pizzas over dinner time.
