Farm Topic

Blue Class has loved exploring their farm topic over the past few weeks. The pupils have taken part in so many fun activities, such as reading their ‘Down at the Farm’ sensory story, shearing sheep and building a tractor in clever fingers. They have participated in an animal hunt during Forest School and even turned the class into a farm for a week with an animal pen, a tractor and farmers land that they loved using their senses to explore.

In their Topic lessons, the pupils have been sorting animals by which ones live on a farm and which don’t, as well as what their homes look like. It’s been so much fun learning all about farms.
