World Book Day in Leopard Class

Leopard Class had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day last week. Their focus story was 'Aliens in Underpants Save the World', and the pupil's costumes were absolutely brilliant, as the classroom was full of colour, creativity, and lots of character.

The pupils began by sharing the story together before working as a class to create a story map to help retell it. Everyone then had the chance to design their own story maps, imagining brand new endings. Some of the ideas included Ferraris, dinosaurs, cats, and even a trip to Lidl.

On Friday, they rounded off the celebrations by making our own animal corner bookmarks. Each one looked fantastic, and the pupils were very proud of their creations.
