Money

Ash Class kicked off the new Maths topic of Money, and linked it with their Careers Week learning. The pupils set up their own class shop, which they named 'ASHDA', complete with price labels and a range of items for sale.

They took on different roles, such as customers choosing items, paying with real money, and cashiers calculating totals and giving the correct change.

It was a wonderful hands-on way to build confidence and money while exploring real-world jobs.
