Learning about Islam

During assembly and Enrichment, Cheetah Class has been learning about Islam. The pupils discussed how those who follow Islam are Muslim and they worship a god called Allah and looked at mosques, which is where they go to pray. 

Their belief is centred on being kind to the people around them. They talked about the ways they could be kind to their friends, such as smiling or giving high fives. In their activity, they decorated the Islam symbol, the moon crescent and some of them finished by colouring pictures of a mosque.
