Fantastic First Week Back

What a lovely start to the new half term for Oak Class. The pupils began the week by looking at their new English literature book, which is all about a boy in Roman times. They spoke about what it would be like living in these times and how the boy in the story would be feeling.

They then looked at their new Maths topic, which is money, and explored different coins in detail, adding some of them together to make different amounts of money. The pupils even had time for a lovely nature walk to try and spot the first signs of Spring.

Everyone had a great time listening to all of the wonderful adventures that one another had during their week off. Oak Class staff and pupils are ready to make more amazing memories this half term.
