Mystery Topic Reveal

This week, Ash Class kicked off their new Humanities topic with an exciting investigation. Before they were told what the topic was, the pupils became mini‑archaeologists and detectives.

They started by exploring excavation blocks, carefully digging and breaking apart the plaster of Paris to uncover hidden objects inside. Then they moved on to a sensory treasure box activity, discovering a range of mysterious items and working together to figure out how they were all connected.

After lots of brilliant teamwork and discussion, the class gathered to share their idea, and they cracked the mystery.

Their new topic is the Romans.
