Full of Beans

For their Duke of Edinburgh volunteering section, Birch Class is running weekly coffee mornings. Last week, the pupils opened the coffee morning up to staff and pupils, and it was a huge success. The pupils allocated roles, including making coffee, filling the machines with water, taking orders, and cleaning up afterwards.

Everyone is so proud of Birch Class for being so mature, polite, and above all, professional in their given roles. Everyone had lots of fun and it was lovely to see both pupils and staff from different classes sit together for a hot drink and a chat.
