Smarties Fractions

Maple Class has been practising their fractions using Smarties. The pupils were each given a box of smarties and counted them out to see what their denominator would be. They then separated them into colours and counted how many of each colour there was. Afterwards, they converted the amounts into fractions and then simplified them even more.

It was so much fun!
