Pizza Fractions

Panther Class pupils used laminated food item cut outs to decorate a pizza with their favourite toppings in order to help them gain an understanding of quarters and halves. They then brought their lesson to life using real food items to decorate wraps to make their very own pizza wraps.

The pupils used what they had learnt and decorated two quarters of their pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni, with the remaining half decorated with cheese. They then cooked them in the oven and ate them as a snack. Panther Class had so much fun in this session.
