Last week, Harry Watts Academy in Harraton opened its gates and welcomed everyone in to enjoy the School Fayre.

The fayre had a fantastic variety of food items on offer, such as hot dogs, pizza slushies, and many more refreshments. The class stalls also sold jewellery that was all handmade by the pupils, jars of sweets in which everyone had to guess how many were in the jar, a penalty shootout, and throwing wet sponges at the staff, which the pupils really enjoyed. The hook-and-duck went down a treat as well.

Willow Class would like to thank everyone for coming along to support the school; it's greatly appreciated.

The pupils had so much fun watching everyone try to hook a duck to win a bag of treats if they succeeded, and hooking one wasn't easy. The parents, carers, and grandparents started a competition trying to get as many ducks as they could, as they competed against their child to win. The laughter was amazing, and everyone was joining in and had so much fun.

Once again, Harry Watts Academy would like to extend a huge thank you, as they sold all of their sweet treats and everyone had a brilliant day.
