This half term Blue Class have been going on nature walks around the local community. These walks help the children to feel calm, focused, and grounded. The pupils enjoyed listening to sounds in nature, such as the wind in the trees, such as birds singing, ducks quacking, and aeroplanes flying overhead.

These walks also help children with regulating their emotions, become more aware of their surroundings, how to feed the ducks safely, and enjoy the outdoors in a calm way.
