Yesterday, Maple Class had a fabulous trip. Firstly, they all walked up to Penshaw Monument; it took them six minutes for everyone to reach the top. The view from the top was spectacular. Afterward, they headed on a woodland walk led by the pupils, and they all certainly enjoyed their little adventure. Next, they visited Penshaw tearooms for lunch, and the picnic benches were lovely in the sun.

Finally, they all went to Herrington Country Park, where the pupils had a lot of fun in the play area. Everyone also enjoyed an ice cream, including the staff. Everyone had the best day!
