On Wednesday 19th June, Jaguar Class made croissants in our Cookery lesson. The week before we designed what we were going to put into our croissants and the general consensus was chocolate! So this week, we were given milk chocolate and white chocolate chips to put into our croissants. We first cut the pastry into triangles, once cut we could start adding our chocolate chips (or eating them in some cases). Once we had finished adding our desired amount, we then had some adult help to roll them up to make them look like a croissant! We then put them into the oven, with adult supervision of course, and waited until they were nice and crispy before taking them out. We took them home and ate them as a snack and feedback, from the children and some parents, was that they were absolutely lovely! Well done Jaguar Class!
