Engage:

In the Engage Pathway careers related learning is approached through the exploration of people that we might come across in our day to day life and what their roles are. Stories and role play are often a stimulus and give a context to these jobs and roles.

Explore:

In the Explore Pathway careers related learning is often set in the context of the half termly topic.

This learning helps pupils to learn about the world around them, broaden their aspirations and challenge stereotypes.

It supports pupils to understand how the skills and knowledge they gain in school will be relevant throughout their life.

Discover:

In the Discover Pathway Careers related learning enables students to understand what skills they need to be successful.

They learn the skills of listening, speaking, problem solving, creativity, staying positive, aiming high, leadership and teamwork.

They learn to make decisions and have a good picture of the world of work and what they can do to realise their dreams.
