Sports Leaders

A group of pupils on the Discover pathway are taking part in a Sports Leadership Course. This allows them to develop valuable leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

The pupils are learning how to be an effective sports leader and they will be exploring how to organise activities, communicate instructions clearly and how to motivate others to work as a team.

They have been attending for the last four weeks and this will continue throughout the school year and they are developing transferable skills that will support them in school and beyond.
