Harvest Festival in Jaguar Class
Return to Latest News
Jaguar Class had so much fun learning about the Harvest Festival in Culture and Enrichment.
The pupils sang the Harvest Festival song, before looking at different vegetables that are grown and even dug some of these up from their own garden patch. They found carrots, potatoes, broccoli, peas, parsnip, and turnip.
As a class, they spoke about different animals that give them food, such as cows give them milk and chickens give them eggs. They then used broccoli, potato, and carrot to paint a beautiful smiley face.
Well done, Jaguar Class!
