Lots of Learning

What an amazing week Oak Class has had. the pupils started the week off with their English lesson, as they practised persuasive language skills for a leaflet they are producing for a task. They then looked at quarter past and quarter to in Maths, which was on a digital clock.

The pupils then enjoyed a lovely walk in the local community and came back to a fantastic careers lesson, where they found out that making mistakes are ok and it’s what they do with it that matters, and lots of reliance shown by all. They then enjoyed a great swimming lesson.

In Science, the pupils looked at friction, pushing and pulling a car on different types of surfaces within the class and then took their learning outside to the park, where they experienced some of these motions on the play park equipment.

Everyone has had a lovely busy week full of learning new skills.
