Harry Watts Academy Football Team Met and Played Games with Sunderland Football Players

This week, Harry Watts Academy's football team had a fantastic opportunity to meet and play games with some of the players from the Sunderland football team. The pupils met at the Beacon of Light. They played football with coaches from SAFC, before playing dodge ball with SAFC players, including Xhaka, Sadiki and Ellborg. 

The pupils had such a good time and at the end everyone who attended the event got a group photo with the players before they left. The event was filmed by the BBC for an upcoming Match of the Day.
