In Cookery, Leopard Class has been learning the new skill of kneading. The pupils discussed which foods they might knead and why we knead. They practised their kneading skills on some bread dough and really enjoyed rolling, pressing, and folding it over and over again.

They let them rise before baking them in the oven and then in the afternoon, they had the chance to taste their delicious bread rolls with either butter, jam, or both. The bread was delicious, and some of the pupils wanted to take some home to enjoy.
