Newts in Green Class Science

Today in science with green class, we have been lucky enough to get real newts into our lesson to study.  

In today’s lesson we found out lots of interesting facts such as: we had palmate newts, we discovered this as these type of newts have a thread-like tip to the tail, dark webbed hind feet. We also know that these type of newts can grow up to 9 cm. After we found out these amazing facts we then drew a birds eye view picture of a newt!
